According to the police, Nam Tae-hyun took the wheel to move the parking spot at the same place. The police concluded that Nam Tae-hyun drove under the influence of alcohol and handed the case over to the prosecution. At the time of detection, Nam Tae-hyun’s blood alcohol concentration was 0.114%, which was found to have been revoked.

In addition to the drunk driving charges, Nam Tae-hyun is also under investigation for violating the Narcotics Control Act.
